Serpentile Descriptors

Serpentile descriptors are calculated from the adjacency index counts of the three segments.
The adjacency index of a segment is the side distance between the segments, i.e. a segment
connecting adjacent sides has an adjacency index of 1, a segment connecting opposite sides has an
adjacency index of 3.  The descriptor is formed by concatenating the Adjacency Index Counts together.

Mathematically, the serpentile descriptor can be described:

where an is the count of segments with adjacency n.
